To resolve this problem:
1. Remove the file index for the affected backup set in the user's User Home on AhsayOBS:
${UserHome}\username\files\${backupset_id}\index.bdb
${UserHome}\username\files\${backupset_id}\r-index.bdb
2. Temporarily disable the backup schedule of the affected backup set to ensure that no backup job would be started until the rebuild is completed.
3. Perform a single backup set rebuild for the corresponding backup set via the AhsayOBS web management console again.
4. Re-enable the backup schedule after the rebuild is complete.
