If you run into the issue where the MS Edge update is asking for a Microsoft logon, the fix is below.
In the Run Box Type "gpedit.msc" and press Enter. (An Admin level CMD prompt and gpedit <ENTER> will also do it.)
Under the "Computer configuration" menu, expand "Windows Settings", then "Security Settings", "Local Policies" and finally, select "Security Options".
Find the entry "Account: Block Microsoft accounts"
Double-click or Right-Click and select Properties
Set it to "Users can't add or log on with Microsoft accounts"
Apply, OK
GPUPDATE /Force in Admin CMD prompt or REBOOT after.
