Portal Home > Knowledgebase > ABS File & Folder > Workstation Job - Reset Process
In order to reset a Workstation Job for a Client (DELETES OLD JOB AND DATA).
- Go to Product Page
- Click Terminate
- Click Yes (Wait for it to complete.)
- Click Login as Client
(Should fail with Account Not Found message)
- Click Create
- Click Login as Client to verify creation.
-> Client may re-create job using existing Credentials
