Scheduled Job Does Not Run




A few things to check if a scheduled job doesn't run, assuming the machine is on and online at backup time. 

1) Ensure that the proper credentials have been entered in the software (Settings, User Authentication for Windows) and that the creds entered have rights to all files/folders being backed up.

2) Change the permission on the Offsite Backup Scheduler service to Admin.

3) Have a look in the C:\Program Files\Server Backup folder for a file called Home.txt

Open the file, and make sure that the only line in the file shows the User dir under which it was installed. (\Users\<UName>\.obm)

If more than one line is present, then the extra lines should be deleted, as well as the .obm folder under that/those user(s).
